Our Fallegro Langhe DOC Favorita was born in 1974 as one of the first vinifications of Favorita grapes. It is the Piedmontese version of the Vermentino vine, which is however cultivated far from the sea, in a continental climate and in sandy soils, which characterize it and make it fresh and saline.
Ideal as an aperitif and easily combined with the table.
Pairing: aperitif, fish first and second courses, fresh cheeses, pizza and focaccia
