Shipping by courier

For the e-commerce service, Gianni Gagliardo S.r.l. makes deliveries using specialized couriers.

The purchased products will be delivered directly to the address indicated during the purchase procedure.

Each shipment contains the goods ordered and the accompanying documentation.

The goods will be delivered by a courier service to your home (If allowed by your country custom). The delivery time will be

Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

 

TRACKED SHIPMENTS

The tracking is sent to the user's email address at the time of shipment to constantly monitor developments. Constantly check your inbox once the transaction is completed from our site.

Gianni Gagliardo S.r.l. will deliver the products to the carrier within 72 working hours (Saturday, Sunday, holidays excluded) from the payment of the total amount due.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check that the package is intact, not damaged or wet. Only after such verification must he accept the delivery, otherwise he will be obliged to reject the package. In case the goods arrive at destination broken or damaged Gianni Gagliardo S.r.l. undertakes to replace the product at his own expense, only and exclusively if the recipient has found the breakage or damage in the presence of the courier who made the delivery or if he has indicated on the receipt document ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVATION.

In the event that there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, the Customer must raise the dispute by calling +39 0173 50829 or by sending an e-mail to customer service at shop@gagliardo.it.

  • For each shipment in Italy will be charged a contribution to transport costs calculated according to the weight of the goods, from a minimum of € 7.90 (including VAT) for shipments up to 5 kg, up to a maximum cost of € 39.00 (including VAT) for shipments over 100 kg, unless promotions that provide free delivery.
  • International shipments will be paid for by the Customer, except in the case of promotions that provide for free delivery. We will take care of the international shipment on behalf of the Customer, who will remain the sole principal for the shipment of the products he owns. Gianni Gagliardo S.r.l. undertakes to pay the value of the shipment to the courier of reference for the Customer's international shipments.

We would like to remind our customers that the express courier service does not oblige Gianni Gagliardo S.r.l. to deliver the order within 24/48 hours. Delivery within 24/48 hours is generally respected, with the exception of shipments to southern Italy and the islands.

We remind you that couriers, in 90% of cases, respect the above mentioned times. In a smaller percentage, however, shipments may be delayed. The customer is aware of this possibility when making a purchase.

  

VERIFICATION OF DELIVERED GOODS

Orders may consist of 1 or more different packages, depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. Upon delivery by the courier, the customer will be required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document.

The mismatch of the number of packages or indications must be immediately challenged by placing the words CONTROL RESERVE WRITTEN SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR RESERVE (e.g. "partial delivery") on the courier's proof of delivery.

The CUSTOMER will also be required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping), and to sign the courier's document. Any damage to the packaging and / or product must be immediately challenged, putting the words WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, (eg "damaged package") on the courier's proof of delivery.
