The grapes are chosen and detached manually, one by one, so that they can arrive in the glass with the quintessence of this place. It is a Great Wine, produced in limited quantities and only in Magnum format.
Pairing: second courses of red meat and game, first and second courses with mushrooms, mature cheeses
