Fallegro Langhe DOC Favorita

Our Fallegro was created in 1973 as one of the first vinifications of Favorita grapes. This is the Piedmontese version of the Vermentino grape, which is cultivated far from the sea, in a continental climate and in sandy soils, which characterize it and make it fresh and saline.

Ideal as an aperitif and easily paired with meals.

Pairing: aperitif, fish first and second courses, fresh cheeses, pizza and focaccia

Longevity: 8 years
