Monvigliero Barolo DOCG
The "Monvigliero" hill is considered a great cru of Barolo. The amphitheater position, the predominantly southern exposure, the proximity of the Tanaro river, and the particularly loose soil give rise to an elegant, broad and complex wine. Production is very limited.
Pairing: second courses of red meat and game, first and second courses with mushrooms, mature cheeses
