Our Favà Nizza DOCG is the expression of the oldest Barbera vines of the Garetto estate. These are ninety-year-old plants, which give a rich, velvety and complex glass. It can be appreciated in its youth, but also kept for many years in the cellar.

 

Pairing: rich first courses, red meat and game, spicy cheeses
